First off,  are you suggesting this as a new console to be added as an interior to the mod? If so, then no. This is just a modified version of the hexon interior.

However if you are simply showcasing the build, like I said, it'd be better to make your TARDISes from scratch, but your block choices are.. decent. The modeled console works well with the roundels... and the corridors.. but matches no other parts. It does not go with the quartz at all, in my opinion.

i don't really want this to be in the mod i tried my best i know it docent match the quartz with roundel its just I'm bad at building

This actually looks pretty interesting. 

The color scheme kind of makes me think of an orange creamsicle. If that wasn't what you were going for though, well, it really does clash
