Whenever I click on Thread Tools it doesn't do anything

Thread tools belongs to the rank DMU admin, moderator and SWD Admin because with thread tools we can lock, remove or change the title with it.

oh my bad.

 I believe I remember hearing Ford mentioning the Thread Tools having issues sometime back.

Is the issue still present?

This is a problem I've also had. It is a problem for me, as I often make titles with sorta clickbait stuff, which sometimes doesn't convey what the thread is about.
