Do you even know what it is 

You realize that it was only a certain amount of time on the lease for the building? This was going to happen regardless. It'd take a lot of money to keep it going and I doubt that anyone would be up for it in the BBC.

 If they end up making to the required signatures it will ether end up staying in the same place or be moved to a different place.
