This is quite a long story so I'll try to make it quick.

I arrived on the server 2 days ago, started playing and loved every bit of it! The problems started when I purchased a TARDIS that I did not want, after collecting credits for a looooong time. Now I played for some time a little less than a year ago (for about a week) but I'm new to this changed server with new rules and don't completely have a full grasp on the severity of them, so I tried to sell that TARDIS at a discounted price to buy the one that I originally wanted. Acediajc clearly warned me that it was against the rules to sell a discounted TARDIS, and I sold it anyway (I felt it was unfair because I was tricked into buying this discounted TARDIS (-200 credits from the normal price) by another player [that told me it was a Toyota Tardis and it wasn't, I didn't realise at first] and was only trying to get some credits back, that I had collected for so long).

Anyway, Acediajc caught me, jailed me, and gave me the whole "You broke the rules" routine. I thought that I might be jailed for an hour or so and that he would let me off with a warning (being tricked, new and all). He didn't. I was banned for 24 hours. Now, don't get me wrong, he's only doing his job by enforcing the rules that I knowingly broke, but I found it was severe for a newbie like me. Anyway, I'm not contesting or complaining about the ban, it was my fault, not Acediajc's. So now my ban has expired, I can join the server again.

I thought I could go back on the server and start my little adventure again, but Acediajc forgot to unjail me after that he banned me. I'm now stuck in a jail cell unable to do anything, having done my time (because I deserved it) and still not able to actually play the game. He also made a mistake while banning me (he typed in the command wrong the first time he tried to ban me) and I now have 2 warnings on my record instead of 1 (but that's not too important, I won't waste your time to try and change that).

Anyway, I would really appreciate some sort of compensation for this game-blocking experience as I do not have much time to play, I could be using all this time to collect credits and finally buy this TARDIS and to complete objectives that I have in mind. I sincerely hope that all new players aren't treated this way, because it's certainly not encouraging to continue the gaming experience on this server. I say this because I introduced my IG friend Ba_Bi_Bou to the server 2 days ago and he woke up yesterday morning having found that he was banned for 24hrs for "griefing". Indeed, he picked up a few blocks from an abandoned structure. I think it's a shame that these new players are treated with such authority. He knew griefing wasn't allowed, he didn't know that picking up unused resources was a bannable offense. Ignorance isn't a crime, especially when it concerns technicalities of the said-rules (but we shall learn from our mistakes, intentionnal or not!). However, I shall persevere and respect these rules, because I like to think that these situations of poor-treatment are occasionnal, and also because I love this server and want to see it live (being a donator myself).

No hard feelings about my jail mistake, I only wish to move on peacefully, so please get me out of there, haha!
I just thought I should share my opinion on the matter and mainly notify you of my unfortunate situation.

Second: Why would you say you have played in the past and there for wouldn't that not make you a newby..? The reason you were banned wasn't entirely because you broke the rule. It was because I warned you of this and you broke the rule flat out after the warnings and attempted to hide it using /msg. I spoke with another staff member about you and they described you by saying "and has a problem with the new rules"

You have made an impact on other staff members with your actions against rules.

Third: There is no way to unjail someone while they are banned so no I didn't forget there is just no way to do it and unless an admin gets on to unjail you when you are pardoned but there is really nothing that can be done until then. Staff members have lives outside of Minecraft and often times are busy people.

Forth: With all due respect it is not staff's fault that you neglected to read the rules. I apologize for this but it is the truth. You neglected to read the rules and got scammed. I attempted to assist you with this matter but you could not tell me exactly how long ago it happened nor who it was... With out any information I was unable to refund you the credits for the tardis etc as there was no way to prove it wasn't crafted.

Ruling on this matter:
Compensation: No
Suggestion: Don't break the rules next time.

Result: I will be logging in to unjal you now.

Thank you for the release. I'm a newbie because as you know there are new rules ; and I only played for a week last time. I already stated that you had warned me, no need to go on about it, I didn't make a fuss. I too am busy and have very little time to play, so perhaps you should have just banned me and not jailed me directly and then banned me, it would have stopped this complaint.
