The Rani's TARDIS I didn't bother on because I haven't

seen the episode with it in it.

Ideas:

-The Force Field being back but needing a Zeiton 7 Crystal to fuel it up to 100%. Maybe enemies' attacks drain more battery on the Force Field than others like:

Vanilla Mobs(Not Bosses) 0.01%

Ender Dragon 5%

Wither 25%

Cybermen 1%

Daleks(Normal) 2%

Daleks(Special Weapons) 2.8%

and so on and so forth...

-a VERY Expensive TARDIS Hack item which can be used to break into TARDISes and they cannot be obtained in Creative and can only be crafted by the drop of a mob that only spawns in Survival and cannot be found in Creative which is VERY overpowered -- and the drop cannot be obtained in Creative either

-TARDIS Barrier blocks that you can create a perimeter with and TARDISes cannot enter it. If they attempt to, the TARDIS will say a message in the chat - "You cannot enter that area. It is protected." in red

Planets and Time Zones:

-Varos:

Minerals - Zeiton 7 ore

Structures - Mining Center

Bosses - Sil

-Minecraft 2.0

Type - Just like Minecraft 1.8 but with the old blocks merged together with the 1.8 stuff

Structures - Dungeons, Strongholds, Temples, Villages, Crashed Spaceships

Story - In a parallel universe, Minecraft goes to 2.0 after 1.8. This update merges old blocks with new blocks but Mojang have to create a crack in time to get the textures. The crack sucks spaceships in(including a Cybership) as well as the textures...

not sure if this is a joke thread but... a tardis isn't an exact  exterior,  tardis(s) can have any kind of exterior that is chosen by the pilot 

 I accidentally clicked the 'Post' button but I have now updated it!!!

 And, it's not chosen by the user, it's chosen by the TARDIS:
