Name of Feature: Customisation and Other Settings in TARDIS GUI
Description: There's a left out settings page in the TARDIS GUI, settings could make the TARDIS more unique and removes the need of TARDIS commands
Brief Background: TARDISes should all be fully customisable. In the series, have you seen the Doctor type in commands to customise his own TARDIS? Though not seen on screen, it's most likely that he customised it using the GUI. Thus, I think the need of customisation and other settings are needed
How does this affect gameplay: Allows players to customise and control their own TARDIS without the use of commands
Any other information: Some suggestions on the settings that could be added:

I do like this idea as it avoids confusion with the commands for the Tardis completely. Got my support.
this sounds really good, might want to add a filter for the sign text though, before the rather foul-mouthed players go wild with it
There could also be Quick Materialization and the default would be off, this would allow players to get somewhere without having to wait at least 10 second and maybe instead only 3 by clicking the demat lever and clicking it again

Maybe a filter list which can be set in the game's config file?
yes that would work, i also agree it would be better to have all the tardis options in a gui instead of constantly having to remember EXACTLY how the command goes
I really love this suggestion, and it gets my full support.
Suggestion:
I had a thought, there could also be a device that a player could carry on hand with a simplified GUI as well. IMO, while it makes sense that forcefields and such from the Tardis itself, it could also help to have something to add/remove companions on-the-go and to set the doors at a player's current location during a walk in the Tardis. It would pretty much eliminate the need for the commands entirely.

Maybe the TARDIS ???? could act as a mobile TARDIS monitor?

Not as a monitor, but maybe it could have the GUI for replacing the commands when right clicked as the Shift+Right click is to cloak. This way it can also lock the tardis doors in the GUI or have it so if it's right clicked on the tardis it'll lock/unlock the doors, but if it's right-clicked anywhere else then the GUI will come up. Just a quick suggestion to ponder. Let me know what you think. :)
Maybe the GUI could look like this:
I think that looks good, except maybe as suggested above have the options for the companions and stuff to make the commands no longer needed. It saves needing to remember the commands when people can't play for ages. xD

I think these ideas should definitely be added- with the possible addition of a GUI allowing you to change which direction the doors are facing when you materialize? I can't say how many times I have materialized directly facing the wall haha. Maybe also an interface on the key telling you the current location of your TARDIS? In relation to the X, Y, Z coords and also which world?
maybe an option to toggle which way you face when entering the tardis?
it would be encorporated in with the tardis-interior-pos option on the monitor
when i make custom consoles that have secondary console rooms i always end up facing the wrong direction if i want to use a different room

The X, Y and Z coord thing is actually in the post right above your post, Just letting you know, that's a suggested GUI for the key. :)
