This is a reference thread on how to post server reports for the Dalek Mod Servers.
A reminder, this is not the place for posting ban appeals.
The only reason anyone should be commenting here is if he or she has a question about formatting (ie: how to stop underlining, how to link a post, exactly what any of the headers mean, etc), nothing else.
If you have an appeal, make your own thread in the Ban Appeal/Reports Section by clicking "Create Post" in the top right.
NOTE: Please do not repeatedly spam Moderator profiles or create many threads on the same issue. It's hard for staff to keep track of the issue and is frustrating for them.
For all of the following, status means Resolved or unresolved

Ok I see, that's unfortunate. I'm sure staff can unban you, they probably weren't in a good mood, hence they might not be so lenient.

You know who it was? If a staff member/ donator is abusing their perms please PM either John or another trusted admin (Tumblr_Cat, Kaneras, Twelfth_Doctor)
