Hi all,

There have been many reports of users who have donated to the Dalek Mod Universe server/ purchased Beta Access but their ranks or permissions not being updated.

Like ArcPhoenix's thread, this is a place that users can post their issues about slow updating ranks in one thread. One that saves space on the forums and also makes a quick reference to the Team so they know how many are on the waiting list. Instead of having multiple users post multiple threads the Team will only need to read one thread and know exactly who needs help.

Please post a comment here ONLY if it has been more than two weeks. As stated above, the rank updating system doesn't happen automatically, so please be patient. Complaining and making multiple threads doesn't help, if you would like to kindly remind them please do so.

I got beta in the beginning of January and it still will not let me use the TARDIS flight panel on both the private or public servers.  Please help.

 Have you made sure you've entered your Minecraft username into your SWD profile? This is because the SWD servers need to match your SWD account with Beta with your Minecraft username, or it'll think you aren't allowed to use the items.

When you load up the Dalek Mod (in Minecraft), make sure you have logged into your SWD account by clicking the "Account" button on the top right of the screen.

The thing about updating ranks is that it isn't automatic. When someone donates, there isn't a program that goes 'Oh, that persons donated? Let me just give them their rank". SWDTeam and Server staff have to add peoples ranks manually. If you see a staff member such as myself online, just ask quickly if they could check your SWDTeam profile to see if you have in fact donated and they'll change your rank in game.
