I died and now whenever I log on it shows me the death screen (Respawn or Return to title) when i click respawn nothing happens i can't play on the server anymore because of it pls help

What killed you?

 I jumped into water with a toaster, dumb I know but now I'm stuck and cant do anything even after the servers reset.

i've done this before,  you have to close minecraft and restart it, when you come back you'll be able to click respawn

Or, while the login message is still showing, keep pressing any hotbar number that isn't the one that has the toaster in.

Example: If you have the toaster in the 2nd slot, keep pressing any of the other hotbar keys (1,3,4,5,6,7,8,9). This will switch the item you're holding just before you spawn in - so that you wont be holding the toaster. Hope this helps :)
