Bug: 3rd Sonic Screwdriver mis-naming

Version of the Dalek Mod: Version 1.8

Update of the Dalek Mod: Update 41 and higher

What was the user doing prior to this: Playing the mod looking at item names

Location of bug(E.g. On a server/singleplayer, forums): Singleplayer

Description: 3rd Doctor's screwdriver is named 4th Doctor's even though it isn't. (See images)

What it affects in-game: Users get the wrong idea of which screwdriver was used by the 3rd and 4th Doctor's screwdriver

Any other information: This was present in Update 39 for 1.7.10. The 8th screwdriver was named the 4th Doctor's and vice versa.

In the mod, this is named the fourth Doctor's Screwdriver, but is really the third Doctor's Screwdriver
