Original Thread Title: Wasn't aware of a rule and had no warnings. 

I was remodelling my TARDIS and saw something a short distance away from my interior and wondered what it was, so I made a bridge over to see what it was. It was another players TARDIS, which I didn't expect to be there as I don't look into how mods work too often and assumed each TARDIS gets its own area.

I was given no warning and was told not to do anything, while the moderator ignored what I was saying and banned me for a day. The player who owned the TARDIS asked multiple times for the staff member to let it go but they did not. I had apologised for breaking the rules before they talked about the ban, as originally it was just jail time which I was fine with as I could still come on.

I made a post earlier stating that I had been banned without reason, in which staff members claimed I was insulting them, while (I think 2-3) staff members joined in and replied claiming I was being sarcastic. Which I wasn't, if I'm sarcastic its obvious. I did actually find this insulting as I was stating that I had been banned without warning and the staff member couldn't even be bothered to check their spelling before banning me. Which to me showed a lack of care in their actions, which was quite insulting towards me.

Once again I will apologise for breaking the rules, as it was a fault on my part. However the punishment for what I did was a bit extreme as it could easily have been undone.

I do enjoy playing on this server, I basically abandoned the server which I have a few friends on to play on this one as I found this one more interesting and more fun.

Just read through the replies to my old post,( which was not a ban appeal, but I was pointing out that I had not been warned for something I wasn't aware of) and I was told to be respectful, to which I would like to say that I am as respectful to a person as they are to me. If I believe someone is disrespecting me, I will do the same back. I do this for all people, and a person's rank on a game does not make a difference. If they are disrespectful they don't deserve the person to be respectful back. General rule of life there.

You shouldn't need to be warned. You broke a rule,you get banned. Your fault for not reading the rules.

isn't beta a donator rank, not a staff rank?

Also, I did say I wasn't aware that it was a TARDIS, so even if I had known about that rule, I wouldn't have known it was a TARDIS so it wouldn't have made a difference. 

Im pretty sure beta is a donor rank, so I'd appreciate it if you left this for the staff to deal with and stop trying to get involved with a situation which doesn't include you. 

Nova I am going to start here.

To be frank neither you nor the staff members in the previous thread conducted yourselves properly and it was you who fired the first shot. With that being said neither of the sides should have acted as they did. 

You should have formatted this with a ban appeal format however I get what you are saying.

Moving on to the actual ban I agree you should not have been banned how you were as you were online and should have been jailed in that respect for breaking the rules. I am sorry but not reading the rules is 100% your fault, when you join the server you are dropped right in front of the rules and should read them as we take the time to present them so that people don't go ahead and break them.

With that being said if you had just made a formatted ban appeal in the beginning instead of making an investigative condescending post as you did, carry on and even in this thread make comments that could be construed as passive aggressive from a neutral party such as myself;  I would have happily removed your ban and reduced it to a 15 minute jail time. However those things did happen and inturn there will be reprocussions for how you handled yourself. 

Your perm ban will be reduced to 2 days however you will faced with a few caveats.

You will take these 2 days and correct the way you talk to people. No more passive aggressive comments or comments that could be construed as attacks. No more insulting statements and no more rule breaking or the next ban will be much longer. Agreed?

 iiAwesomeCrafter still has a valid point, enforcing the rules by anyone regardless of rank is allowed if i am correct.

Not too sure why made that informal thread pointing out how I misspelled the word "bridge", although I would like to point out I have key chatter on my R key for sometime now. Still, your behaviour was not called for.

And I'm just saying (not starting more here btw) that in this post I wasn't having a go at anyone. 

When I said for people not to comment with stupid stuff, I was referring to the last one where multiple staff members joined in unnecessarily and I was trying to avoid that again as you had to get involved. 

Also, if I may ask, what sort of caveats?

Idk if my phone is being weird or if that went through 3 times. 

 Misspelling a simple word such as 'bridge' came across to me as if you had put very little care into your actions,  which is slightly insulting as it would imply you weren't too bothered and didn't care.

 Its things like this that come off as insulting.  Please cut it out.

 How is saying that I felt insulted insulting? 

I'm very rarely aggressive and if I am it's because I feel like I'm being threatened or insulted for no reason. 

 I did press it once, why I made the post pointing it out.
