If your tardis was on the moon during the reset do you get a new one as i just got my toyota tardis a few days before

 why not? i think i should at least be refunded the credits and not worry about the 2 double chests of stuff that was in my tardis, after all if a server had a problem i'm sure that they would try to fix a lot of stuff that was lost so that people wouldn't be disappointed and feel like they are getting punished for something they didn't do.

I know that you may be busy with getting rid of this bug so it doesn't ruin anything else but if there is no way of getting the tardis's lost back then the least you could do would be to (with proof supplied) give people a refund or give them a replacement tardis of the same type. I might be sounding rude but its just i'm kinda annoyed that i wasted my credits on that new tardis, i'm sure lots of others who lost everything feel the same way as well, and i'm sorry if that is the case

 First of all, I don't think it's been fully decided on what will happen in relation to the bug, so I think it's best if the Dev's decide what they're gonna do before we start handing out free Tardises to everyone.

Secondly, handing out free Tardises might get messy, you may get players who start claiming they had one when they actually didn't, or players getting more than one Tardis etc.

 one way that you could kind of stop the 2nd reason would be with the tardis panel...

for example, someone could be lying and saying that they don't have a tardis anymore when really it says its on earth at X Y and Z...

if someones telling the truth they could show a staff that their tardis is on the moon with the cords then they could go to those cords and if the tardis isnt there they know that they are telling the truth about the tardis being gone.

I don't know how to stop people from lying about which tardis they had unless people had proof of some sort, sadly all i have is a screen shot of the inside of it with F1 on...
