Why you were banned: Banned and de-ranked for false giving items accusation by Batman2_2. In fact, he denies directly accusing me. (Details later)

Punishment Length: 72 hours; pardoned due to complete lack of any proof against me; not rank-restored yet; told to write a forum thread

What were you doing last on the server: 

            - Before ban: trying to save my city parts as schematics to be able to recreate in 1.12 (the whole city thing is legal with permittion of CuriousPlughole)

            - Before this thread: trying to start survival in my city, unsuccessfully due to lack of time.

Why the rank should be restored:

 1.    No any proof against me except for some guy’s words - presumption of innocence

 2.    Many players confirming that I didn’t give them a single piece of dirt, let alone creative stuff found at the Batman’s TARDIS

 3.    Chatlogs confirming that I refused to provide the guy (Batman) with resources [stained clay] earlier

 4.    Unchecked accusation with no proof or investigation: according to Batman2_2, I was accused just after he said that I'd been to his TARDIS. (I had been inside, but never gave items, and being inside isn't a fault). He denies ever having said that I gave the items.

 5.    Some other factors, like the fact of currently banned griefer (kingalaxy) visiting his TARDIS (confirmed by Batman himself).

 6.    No accidents caused by me as an SWDBae – (Most staff hate the rank due to harm possibilities) – I haven’t done any harm for almost 3 years of having the rank

Proofs I have:

1) Chatlogs with Batman2_2, in which I refuse to give him clay for the tower (not a single word about armor or whatever was found, idk)

2) Some players like MissionControl, ajmccraft and many others can confirm that I didn't give anyone any items, and even asked them to return the dirt they broke at the plots I sold them in my city; multiple refuses to give resources to anyone

3) Reporting griefs. I kept telling staff about even every wood cobblestone block broken - being too careful not to let any players get anything creative. Some said I shouldn't have been that it was too much.

4) If the time of teleportation to Batman2_2 is discovered, chatlogs will completely proove that I teleported away from his TARDIS almost instantly - without having time to get to the chests

5) Batman's words against mine, not a single proof for the accusation, and even absence of accusation - the guy himself doesn't believe I could do it, and never said it. 

6) Common sence: I wouldn't do something stupid like that after being on the server for 3 years and knowing how things work

I can't really have instant proof that I didn't do that thing with the chests. Batman2_2 could have many reasons to set me up too.
He doesn't have any proofs against me - in fact, noone does, as I didn't do it. I hope, though, that the facts represented here are convincing that I am not guilty. I will be adding more proofs here when I find those. If you have some evidence, please write it here.

If something is needed, I'm most agreeable to any cooperation I can provide.

During a usual check of Batman2_2's chests for any potentially illegitimate items we discovered he had diamond gear that had the maximum enchants possible to it, it is to my understanding that this can only be done with books very much easily available in creative. He had duplicate sets of full enchanted armour and when questioned as to how he got them he claimed that you had teleported to him inside of his Tardis, opened the same chest where his armour was stored when we found it and when he then checked the chest after you had left he claimed it "happened" to have the armour now inside, if you can provide evidence that he in fact lied to us about the story he has told us then I am sure you can be compensated.

 I didn't open the chest. And he denies having told you that. As he told me, admins asked about me before he even remembered that I was there.

 Well then that is a straight up lie.

I was there with Bob when the items were found and when questioned about where the items came from he claimed you teleported him to his Tardis and messed with his chests. If he is denying that as you say he is then he clearly has bad memory or is a straight up liar.
