When it happened (Time and Date): 10th January 2016 

Description of the problem (Were they abusing perms etc.): Cowslayer managed to replace 1/4 of the Tardis dimension's blocks with barrier blocks through World Edit, causing many player's items to be deleted along with their interiors. This caused huge uproar when I first logged in.

Why they deserved to be banned: The player is abusing SWDBae rank permissions and griefing other player's Tardis interiors by replacing their blocks with barriers.

Witnesses (if any): UnknownWriter, many other players.
