According to SunplayzYT and KyloRen3, a player known as TomBouBou stole some titanium and stuff from their K9 creation area. He then proceeded to leave and not return with all the items in his inventory. I managed to catch a small bit of chat where they were arguing but I would not be surprised if the evidence is insufficient. Here is all I could scavenge:
