Ok so i won the christmas giveaway (got beta) and commands and tag are not working. I do not know what to do and any advice would be helpful. Note i can go to private servers.

I just want to add that I also won the Christmas giveaway and got Beta as well, but my tag is working fine. I know this may not seem helpful, but it might help staff narrow down the source of the problem if they know that this is not a universal issue.
