Name of Feature: Thirteenth Doctor Statue and/or Shalka Doctor Statue

Description: A new statue for he newly regenerated Thirteenth Doctor, considering we do have a confirmed outfit now. The Shalka Doctor is a non-canon Doctor the Dalek Mod statues has neglected for awhile. 

Lore/Brief Background: As we have statues for every doctor (Even the Cushing Dr. Who), it only makes sense to add more Doctors as the new ones come along. Heck, we even have a whole realm of non-canon Doctors that could be done.

How does this affect gameplay: I guess it adds more decoration to the game.
