Issues with version 47

Hi, I have recently noticed that there are several features concerning mob behaviour that I wish to address. These are:

 

Issue 1: Cybermen not upgrading villagers.
I have seen this issue reported elsewhere, so hopefully it is fixed in the next update. I tried using a new file and the outcome was the same.

Issue 2: Imperial and Renegade Daleks not fighting
A more major issue, since it breaks DW canon. I tried creating a new save file to see if it was fixed, but it didn't work - it is vital that this is addressed soon.

 

***** minor issue: absence of older features *****
 In the trailer for Version 47, viewers were told that they would have access to everything from older versions of the mod. However, the TV21 Emperor Dalek and Dalek Storm are missing, along with the crashed Dalek saucers on Skaro. Could you please explain to me why this is? It would be very helpful.

Hmm, that trailer probably wasn't made by me then. There is a long term goal to bring back features from older MC versions, but not specifically for U47. 

I don't code the mod, so can't help you with the bugs. It would indeed be cool to see the Imperial and Renegade Daleks fighting again. It was one of my favourite features back in the day.

I too adored the old feature of the Imperial and Renegade Daleks who fight (I'm French sorry in advance for English)

FWIW, I recently asked about this and was told this feature would be fixed in update 48. 

Also Ihave noticed that the TARDIS does not make a sound when you summon it on DMU Public or Private and when a TARDIS dematerializes it just vanishes not slowly fade as it should. Please if possible fix that

 your first issue is a problem on your side, the second problem was a decision to reduce lag

 Thanks bleek! It's great to hear that this is being resolved!

I'm now thinking that when the old Dalek Mod trailer said that we would be getting all of the older features, it was referring to the DMU Beta rank and its ability to let DMU players access older versions of DMU, rather than people generally getting all the old content from the mod's history period. I'm sorry if my misunderstanding caused anyone any issues.

 What do you mean on my side?

It means you have a sound problem, it isnt DMU or dalek mad related
