I am living in the old Bacontown. I was off for about a week and when I came on Some people built another town. Can they actually do that.

Plus they destroyed the rail that went through the house.

During that week you were away sunplayz got banned and with his ban went all his buildings. 2 people saw that the town was dead and decided to build a new town over it. This is all legal and is fine.  Though please don't pester the new owners saying they destroyed bacon town as it's getting on their nerves.

I agree with you, Sun. However, BaconTown was yours- before the ban. Jake says that he doesn't want it- so it is basically freeware, with nobody wanting anything to do with it. Also, it would not be legal if your town was still functioning- but it isn't, so it is.

Sun, i saw how JAKEUP001 wanted to rent a new House in other Towns, i asked him "Jake, don't you own Bacontown now?" He said "No, no need this Town is dead" (Or kinda so, it were 1 day after Sun's ban) So Bacontown had no Mayor and it weren't any Town more. That's why it's totally legal.
