The Earthshock ones were earlier, but I always liked the transparency of the mouth guard from the Earthshock Cybermen. In a few shots from the show, you could tell that there was something organic under that robotic shell. The Five Doctors Cybermen (tbh, not sure what episode they were in first) had a solid colored mouth guard.)

At least SOMEONE other then me likes Cyberman and has noticed they need to add the skinpack but to be honest which show were "10th Planet Cybermen" in is it like in a old 1980's Doctor who series

 It was the very first time the Cyberman ever appeared on the show. Specifically the Cybermen of Mondas origin. It was the last episode of the First Doctor

ahh I see now but one more question... wut is the background behind the Mini-Cyberking exactly

 A city I think. I've never seen the episode the Cyberking is actually from, but I've read a good deal about him

I can't seem to see the image for the Tenth Planet Cyberman and the Far Future variant either. Is there a problem on your end? 

The Cyberking was from the "The Next Doctor"  a 10th Doctor Christmas episode which also introduced the Cybershades.

 Maybe you shouldn't be abusing the server's loopholes, that's farming. The staff aren't "watching" you as in being nosey, that's their job and you shouldn't complain about that, especially since you are exploiting server systems. I've already reported you for that, so don't worry. In my opinion you should stay banned, your attitude towards staff is not good and you knew what you were doing, so I say you deserved it.
