It was very clear you were using xRay and even stated you were in chat. 

You were unbanned after a year and obviously have not learnt anything from it.

Also as the player above says, this 'evidence' you've provided can be very easily faked and is insufficient.

 If you buy it from the SWD Store you still need to craft it with lapis blocks 

And from what I saw you were mining towards lapis, very clearly using xRay
