Why i should be unbanned: my little brother was using my account and spamming the chat because he was trying to test something out. He also claims that that there was no warning by any admins (although i don't know how true this is) until someone called one over and he was banned for life. Please un-ban me as it wasn't me that did the spamming and there was no warning for it (Supposedly). I am a huge doctor who fan and love the server and it's community, and was crushed when my little brother told me he got me banned from the server.

(This is my second time uploading this because the first time i accidentally put it under the DMU server forum)

The excuse "my little brother was using my account" isn't a excuse of why you should be unbanned. We hear that reason alot of time and if you let your brother on your account it means you are breaking a Mojang EULA rule. I will give you another chance to explain why you want to be unbanned.

Here is a official sentence in the Mojang EULA rules:

You may not distribute the Game (or any part of it) to another party. This also means that you may not sell or rent the Game or make it accessible to others.

Ok thank you for letting me know i had no idea, I will no longer let my brother use my account and will take full responsibility  of his actions. I am very sorry for what I have done and promise that it wont happen again. I want to be unbanned because I got no warning of a ban, just someone calling over an admin and me being banned for life after frantically telling the admin i was sorry. I also (personally) dont think that spamming is a good reason to be banned for life, but this is your server and I'll let you run it. I love this server and its community and have spent countless hours playing away on it, I would hate to be banned for life. I'm just asking for a second chance, I have never been banned (Even on other servers) and would hate for my favorite server be the first to ban me.

I also own the beta pass that allows me to join the creative server and would hate to own that pass but not be able to use it.

Very well I will accept your ban appeal, but unfortunately I can't unban you atm because the DMU servers are currently in maintenance. I will note your username somewhere and will unban you when the server is online again. And just so you know having a beta rank, vip or any other product for the servers doesn't mean you can't be banned.

If you spam again or break any other rule then it will probaly means it wasn't your brother but you.
