I have a problem with U48: Every time I click on the Chameleon Circuit in the monitor, it says "You don't have permission to do this". I thought it's because I didn't add any Cartridges, I did that, but it's still not working. Is this a bug? Any help?

That's probably because of the Worldguard bug, we protected Skaro and this effects everyone's tardis in that same worldguard area.

You can't place blocks either right? 

 Yes, I can place blocks. It's just that every time I click on the Chameleon Circuit, the TARDIS monitor closes and it says "You do not have permission to do this".

Yeah this happens in single player too
