Name of Feature: Subsection

Description: A tab in the forums that can be found under any of the main tabs to separate specific things.

How does this affect the forums: It will make it easier for admins to find certain things they might be looking for such as ban appeals being filed under Greif, hacking, etc...

Hopefully, this will lead to the forums being more organized and help to De-clutter them.
