Okay, I really do wonder if there is a way to become a M/A/UA. I have heard there is a way to do it on a google forum or something, but yet I cannot find it. Please help.

Whenever applications are open, the staff team usually leaves the application in the announcements channel of the Discord. Becoming a staff member takes time, and usually it may take quite a bit to enter the queue for consideration if the staff team has a sufficient amount to run the servers. It's important to display characteristics that would accompany a member of the staff team, and begging will usually lower your chances drastically. While it may seem like there's no way to get on, all I suggest is patience and demonstration of your capability to be a helpful, kind member of the community.

Please note: asking about your application, messaging staff about your application, lie in your application etc will reduce your chance to be accepted.

Also if you get accepted you start as trial mod, you don't get a rank suited by your application

I do believe there is a rule that a person who has been banned for any period of time at all in their history in DMU will not become a moderator or any kind of "higher power" at DMU, correct?

 Not necessarily. We've had a couple of staff members who have been banned in the past, even one or two who have been permed.

Wait but what if you have been banned before, but on a different account?

 That wouldn't make any difference. You're still the same human.

Best thing to do is to fill out an application and demonstrate to us in your everyday server activities that you have the potential to be a great staff member. THAT is what gets our attention more then just an application. Anyone can write a good application we want people who actually act on what they say and show that they can do the job that we do. Just a question: I don't have Discord, how will I know applications are open?

Well first of all you need to have Discord to even have a chance of be accepted to be staff.
