Room: 

Mostly sleek Steel walls.

The whole room is shaped either like a squished sphere or a cylinder

There would be a kind of stripe along the walls, and every few spaces would be a cyberman logo

In each of the Cardinal locations of the room, there would be a circular glowing blue light (about the size of a porthole window perhaps), resembling the glowing Chest core of this type of Cyberman

In a few spots of the room, there will be a cluster of cables coming down from the celling and into the floor. Each cluter looks like a bunch of cords, but the number of "bunches" themselves are relatively few. perhaps 4-6 in the console room.

The room would be between a medium sized console room and a classic console room. 

Console:

• The console will  be circular
• The control panel will be shaped kind of like a ring and will go around the console.
• There will be a  circle in the center of the console's surface that has no controls whatsoever. Instead, it bears this symbol 
• There will be a definite "edge" around the top of the console.

• In a few places, there will be very thin cables coming down from the underside of the "table top" of the console and going into the ground

• The console is held up by 4 "table legs" and has a glowing blue cylinder on it's underside which moves up and down (this is the Time Rotor, but it's on the bottom of the console rather than the top.

Custom Blocks:

• Cable Bunch (Purely decorative)
• Glowing Cyber Wall Light (dyeable to be any color light you want)
• Cyberman Inspired Console

Variant:

There would be a variant that would replace the Mondasian logos with Cybus Logos

If you are making a cyberman one. Now you need a Dalek Version.

 Somehow, I see it as an altered coral Tardis, lol.

I do have a suggestion based on a Dalek owned timeship in the works, but a Dalek inspired one, I like the idea.

Yeah. I've never watched a classic episode with daleks but I have a book called "The Dalek Handbook" which mentioned of a Dardis or basicly a Dalek Tardis.
