What were you doing last on the server: mining

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): I was not x-raying. I had seen a video by MumboJumbo which said there was a 9/10 you would die when digging straight down and I liked those odds. I managed to find a cave (which had lava) however I continued to mine down to bedrock where I would start a strip mine. I soon managed to find diamonds however they were covered in the lava (mentioned earlier ) so I got rid of the lava and took the diamonds. It was around this time I had joked about x-ray and as this point I am guessing a staff member tp'd to me? Anyway; I continued to strip mine after the diamonds to find I ran into lava. I mined in a diffrent direction from the lava and soon found one diamond in the wall. I mined the diamond and staff members came out of vanish to "confront" me. 

( I have sent logs to josia. Josia has also went over a video recorded by olly and has said it was strange.) I have since been banned. If I could get a follow up the situation on this thread that would be great!
