Feature: The ability to grow custom rooms in the Tardis

Lore/Brief Background (Or "As seen in" if not from Doctor Who canon): this system was first seen in the episoide "Journey to the center of the TARDIS" where we have a glimce of the actual system which allows the unending big blue box to exist.

Description of Feature: basically you would have the ability as the owner of the tardis to add custom rooms into the interior. this would give players a lot more creativity and making them more unique to each and every players own experience of this mod.

What is the Purpose of this: to allow players a lot more freedom in their own tardis in terms of structure

How do you suggest we implement this in game: basically the player would have one ARS system in their tardis (I would love to show you all what this room would look like but I cant model to save my life). when found they could open up a GUI by clicking on the tree and be given the option to have a blank pod. when they have this pod (a 16x16 square block limit in terms of storage) they could "upload" a room they built before hand into the tardis. as said before the room must be build previously and simply cant have some prebuilt room on command meaning they must find all the resources for this themselves (however servers can have prebuilt rooms at which they can allow members of their servers to have free of charge). when the pod is loaded with the information of the room the player can place it back into the ARS and the pod would be added to the trees branches showing its accepted into the system and will be built somewhere in the tardis.

Any other information: it is possible that the ARS could have a set limit of pods being accepted meaning that if you want to upload more you would have to override another save. As always, if said before or is already in development ill happily take this down but until then this shall remain!
