Not sure if this was announced and I just missed it, but does anyone know the status of the Dalek Mod Creative Server?

Is it discontinued or under some sort of construction?

Just want to know if it will ever be back up or not

To be honest with you, I don't know either, but I don't think it'll ever be up again. Service for it has been terrible, so I at least made sure the Creative pass can't be bought again, as it felt like ripping people off.  I'll ask 1WTC if it's still possible to turn the server on again.
