Type of Offense: Trespassing and making changes in the base

Details: I was at my Minecraft base today and noticed some changes that I did not make. For that reason, I believe that someone was in my base. Nothing seems to be stolen, and the base changes are minor enough that I almost can't even care. Although, that depends on the intent behind leaving my hidden doors open and whether or not they actually did take anything that mattered. Regardless, I'm curious of who was there and feel that they should at least - or at most perhaps - receive a warning not to trespass on other's property and to not make changes on what isn't theirs. To be clear, I'm not bothered by the tresspassing itself, as they may have happened in there by accident. Just a bit miffed that they didn't leave things alone or at the least in the state they found them.
