Hi,

So I have brought the TARDIS Oak Door exterior cartridge thinking it was how to buy an actual TARDIS, as some people seemed to be telling me and I misunderstood what they actually meant. Low and behold I eventually craft my Oak TARDIS (because I want to make a custom interior) and the cartridge is useless. I'm going to buy other cartridges I genuinely want but would like to refund the useless cartridge I have that is sitting in my inventory.

If you go to the dmu store the first 2 sentences says this:

Please note, Tardis Chameleon Circuit cartridges can only be used for installing new skins into a Tardis. You cannot use these for crafting a Tardis.

Hi,

The situation has evolved as I paid for the 12th Doctor's TARDIS exterior, K6 Phone Booth and the Tree. It hasn't given me the 12 Doctor's TARDIS and instead gave me a duplicate of the Tree.

I've just checked the orders page and it shows that you have infact ordered two of the tree exteriors. If a member of staff is online ask them to exchange one of the tree cartridges for the 12th doctor exterior cartridge and tell them they can check the forums to show them that I've said this is alright
