why when im send a message on the Public server its said my last name "ironman0233" but my name is "thedoctor0233" and its said that im on default but im beta tester so why?

 In the server if you chance your profile name he remeber the old one and saw the old one. On the rank problam i dont know who to solve

your minecraft username is ironman0233 your SWD profile is thedoctor0233 , and about the beta tester , 

i think it not will show you as Beta Tester , i think you need to be conected in the DMUbeta to show it ... i dont know how i can help you much ... i never was online in the DMUS

 in your account is set to ironman0233

I think to fix your rank go tothe settings menu and edit your "Minecraft Username" so that its thedoctor0233 and not ironman0233

You just need to login to the SWD mod in the top right corner at the start screen. If that's not the solution it's possibly just talking about your old username. Ex: User thedoctor0233 formally known as bla bla bla and all that.
