So ... i have question ... can i pay VIP or Beta tester with SMS Payment ? I have credit card problems 

I am afraid I don't think this is possible yet, as when you go to buy something there are currently only to options: credit card or PayPal. If you have credit card problems, perhaps try PayPal.

Though it's quite an old thread, I'd like to chime in.  As far as I know, it really depends on the specific VIP or Beta program you're interested in. Some programs might offer SMS payment, while others might not. It's best to check with the program directly or their website to see what payment options are available.
