Once when I played your Dalek Mod and I was in the tardis and I had the key in my hand so it teleported the tardis to the inside of the tardis and when I came out of the tardis I went out of the tardis that was inside

This is not a bug, it was put in update 58

Yes, it's inspired by the minisode Space/Time with the 11th Doctor and the Ponds. You are still able to use the TARDIS to travel using the flight panel, and this will also make the TARDIS leave the console room
