Dalek Mod Version: Update 60 and older

Description: This might be intended, but I keep hearing that sustain dalek mod armours are "just as good as diamond", however this isn't true. Diamond armour, unlike other vanilla armours, has two different tags to determine it's defensiveness instead of just one. "Armour", which is used in every armour type, and "Armour Toughness", which is exclusive to diamond armour. In these dalek mod armours that are supposedly "just as good as diamond" are lacking this "Armour Toughness" value, and thus don't actually do as much damage reduction as diamond, meaning they're actually worse than diamond.
