1wtc restarted the server and now every single tardis in the impound at spawn and at the death spawn are gone we need help

Help with what? He said they were being removed...

Why

Because its against the rules to park there, it lags the server having them all in spawn chunks and the new spawn would overwrite them anyway

By what about the ones in the tardis impound and at the castle 

Do not park at/near spawn is a rule

Plus he said he was clearing tardis's in a 150-200 blocks radius from spawn (can't find the original forum post)

Oh ok

reset the Server / Warps , ETC . pls

If they did that we would lose all of our tardises
