Why you were banned: I abused a glitch in the mod to allow me to gain blocks without attracting attention, only a few players know this I believe, I told my group, and we did a coin flip, and we ended up all agreeing to tell the truth, as it was the right thing to do. I should've reported it but didn't. That's my own tough shit. So I'm just appealing mainly because I have a group of friends on the server, I'm really not bothered if this doesn't get accepted. I was given a second chanced and fucked it up.

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): I genuinely am not bothered if I'm pardoned or not, I'm sort of sorry, but I feel like, this was more on the Mod side it self, I feel like there should be a check on the items, and what bugs they may cause. I'm mainly sorry due to the face I still had some stuff to give back to people(someone gave me an elytra, that I wish to give back etc.). In no way were my actions right, and I should've reported it instantly.

After looking at your appeal and earlier bans, some stuffs do concern me!

First, you do not seem to show any regret or take responsibility for your actions, nor do you seem excited about wanting to get back and play in any way…

You also blame the mod for the exploit, which I don’t get, it’s not okay to exploit a bug just because it exists, the bug wasn’t intentional, it was a bug, not a feature. And to deflect blame on the mod? You take no responsibility for your actions which is basically the number 1 rule of getting unbanned. And do you think we knew about the bug and just didn’t care? That’s not how it works, Minecraft doesn’t just tell us when there are bugs, we wish it did, but it doesn’t. So please, never ever blame the mod for a bug, because bugs happen in every piece of software, and there’s no reason to ever justify exploiting it knowing it wasn’t a feature.

Moving on to earlier bans then! First of all, I see that there is a ban appeal accepted with the words “final chance”, which, if you understand English, knows that it means this won’t be accepted. But let’s see why you were banned in the first place.

Well, the ban logs say X-Ray, griefing and ban evasion using alt accounts. X-Ray is at least a 28-day ban, griefing depending on the scale can be up to a month of a permanent, and ban evasion just makes sure we’ll wait even longer before unbanning you. Which you eventually got, but then, on a final chance, went and exploited a bug, that you know is wrong, you said so yourself!

With that out of the way, I wouldn’t even consider this appeal even if you weren’t on your final chance, but, you are.

Finally I want to bring up the last reason, that I can think of, as to why you’ll not be unbanned:

You’ve been extremely rude to us in staff and other members.

You’ve for example spam pinged Danita, who is by far the nicest member of staff, for no real reason.

And, probably the most concerning of them all told a staff member, and I quote, “F*CKING S*UT OF AN ADMIN IM GONNA KILL THE B*STARD”, which that by it self should be a permanent ban.

ANYWAYS. As you’ve probably guessed by now you won’t be unbanned, that means your appeal has been DENIED. However, since I’m so nice, you may appeal again in 6 months!
