SWD bugle HQ stories
Penguin goes bye bye

So Greenstone couldn't write today so they are forcing me to write in order to get my weekly loaf of bread and half a stack of dirt. So under my orders I'm here to tell you the tale of SWD Hq. Goodbye penguin.

The clock slowly spun in the wall of Bugle HQ. The noise (mostly screams and chaos) of SWD city outside drowned out by looming presence of hap- sadness. Greenstone was outside, trying to run over small animals with a car. Ben was admiring his admin skills with admiration. Acen was causing a political incident in the WOTW UN.  Sigma was being ripped apart by a small green child with a blue shirt. But penguin was packing his stuff and moving it out to his own base. Penguin was leaving the bugle, that day was his final day there, then he would be gone for good.

One by one the members of the bugle gathered to say goodbye. The walls of the HQ were a little darker as they all sat down and helped penguin move his stuff. Acen broke the stone silence first:
"You have been here longer then me and sigma and we have been in each others articles a fair few times. I will miss Mafia."
"Feel free to carry it on, I've been planning to leave for a while now." Said penguin, finishing his packing.
"We are now badly understaffed, we will have to start recruiting people again." Commented Ben, noting the recent amount of bugle writers leaving.
Penguin had already said to Sigma he thought the bugle was losing popularity- the future was uncertain for sure.

But for now all they thought of was all of penguins past articles. Event coverage, his mini games all of that. He left the HQ without turning back, soon after he vanished into the distance the sun began to set, smearing the sky in oranges and yellows. The rest of the bugle writers each went back to their writing and interviewing. One member down. They needed a new writer. But they still don't have one. Not enough people are asking ben to become a writer. They needed help.

Ben started typing up a request for help and Greenstone left to work. Sigma started interviewing Acen on recent events to do with Illusion corporation and suddenly, just like that they were back to what they had been doing a day before. But now they had more to do, a lot more to do. Sigma decided to make a collection of some of the articles posted by penguin since Sigma joined, to reread them.

The SWDbugle chats seemed lesser then what they had been before, yet the members moved on.  So with that their next adventure could begin, to be continued in Greenstone's articles.
