How do i get a title and an enter and exit title?

If you have vip or higher ranl, you can do /login-message (message) to set your login message

/logout-message or /leave-message (not sure which one) would make a custom logout message

/set-title add (title) adds a title

Those command perms come with vip or higher unless im mistaken
