We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts): I understand that the topic that I was discussing was quite sensitive and that I shouldn’t of pushed it further. I took a few months to ponder about my actions and I do truly regret them. I know that I’ve been irritating in the past however I believe I’ve improved  and wish you could forgive me for my past actions.
