i think he is useing a texture pack to make it look more fancy

 All models are made by me and imported into the world using the TCN Loader. As ThMatrix pointed out there is a texture pack in use which has replaced nearly every block with an accurately made one for use in most interiors. These will be added to the mod very soon.
