Go to the SWD store and press Dalek mod.

After that press "download u46"

I think you still have U46 TB1

 I figured out what the problem is. The issue was I have a beta update of U46 and I can't find it so I will just have to wait until update 47 is available for beta users I think

 I don't think you're listening to all of the people who've tried to help.

It is impossible to both join the Dalek Mod beta server and the public server with the beta update of U46 you have. You don't need to wait until U47 gets released. If you wanna play on the server, you need the regular update 46.
