 Alright, I'll add most, if not all of these. Some are a bit small, but then again the painting and the postbox would be a bit weird to get into anyways. Also, by the kiddie train, did you mean one of those little things that you put a coin in and they start to move around, or those little rides at some theme parks where it's just a little train that goes around in a circle?

I have another idea for a shell.

In the K9 episode Fear Itself there was a BOTI cabinet which had an alien entity inside of it.

How about a one that Clara had at the end of "Hell Bent"  The Diner tardis.
