Please format the ban appeal and actually give good reasons on why you should be unbanned. I'll post a ban appeal from me for one of my friends as an example for you of how to format a good one in a few minutes.
fine, i was going to keep this to myself, but everyone needs to make confessions sometimes, even the doctor. look, i want to rejoin back into the server because minecraft is one of the only things that can distract me from this shithole i call life. i'm suffering with MDD, Major Deppresive Disorder, google it. now, you're probably wondering, why do you play minecraft if you're suffering from this? well, i like Doctor Who as much as everyone here, and it is also one of the things that distract me from life, and life to me, is mostly meaningless, i take enjoyment from watching doctor who and other shows, playing games such as minecraft, hanging out, or playing with other people, and those are most of the things that distract me from my MDD (this would probably explain why i kept telling my venture of theft.). and i would like to actually keep it that way, but if you do not want me back on the server for what i did, and if you'd ask me why i kept raiding things, well one word. Attention. i like being attended to even if that meant stealing or annoying other people, and i know what i did was wrong, but its one of the only ways i know how to attract attention, i never wanted to do it, but if i tried to act normal, or tried to interact with other people, most of them would ignore me, and i hate being ignored like most people. that is why i did the things i did, Attention. look, if you dont want me back on your server, i'll be fine with that, i'll just look for another server with my same interests and join that one, thank you for your time, and if you can, please keep my disorder a secret, thank you. - Gab, A.K.A Ross0me.
There are many things I should say here that I am thinking that will not be. Instead I will keep this down to the bare statements that need to be said.
1) Use capital letters, punctuation correctly, etc. No one wants to read something that is not broken up correctly, is a huge long run on sentence and nonsense to read.
2) A disorder like this is no excuse for ANY of your actions. Having MDD is a serious thing and millions suffer from it, even more suffer from serious clinical depression as well and are still functioning members of society if you have MDD you need to seek help and get it from a trained therapist not from Minecraft. This will sound cold and hurtful but we are not your caretaker nor should we be, we are here to monitor the servers and keep them from running smoothly and when we see a player breaking the rules they get banned. If you truly have this disorder again please seek true medical help and if you do not then all help you for the karma backlash you will receive.
3) Watch your language. There is no need for cursing.
4) If you TRULY wanted to keep this a secret you wouldn't post it on a public forum that ANYONE in the world is able to read.
5) Do not post multiple .'s to get attention. We will get to your thread when we get to it, we are busy members of the world as well.
6) You have provided no reason that we should unban you with logical evidence and in fact you have given us more reason to extend your ban and make it permanent as you clearly stated that you did this for attention. With that being said you will obviously want attention in the future so what is to say that you will not do this again?
Do you have any logical explanation for this / want to come clean about anything/ physical proof of any of what you have said?
7) All I will say on this topic is you do not understand how infuriated it makes me when people blame hacking, siblings, disorders (especially) the last one to try to get sympathy and get out of bans for things that they clearly have done. State clear facts and no opinions, sob stories or emotional pitfalls. Guilt and shame do not work here. Hard logical facts do.

That did seem a bit harsh. I think that maybe we give him a second chance and trust him, but if he has friends then he won't get ignored as much and then won't raid because he then has attention from his friends. That way everyone is happy, he isn't raiding, he gets the attention he wants by his friends and his friends has a new friend. Win win for all of us. Please take this into serious consideration as I personally think that this is actually a viable option to keep all of us happy.
But I must admit that if you wanted to keep the Disorder secret then a post on a public forum on the internet is a bad way to keep the confidentiality as anyone can view it and it gets cached on the internet forever, that's part of the reason why the internet is so dangerous and damaging to some people as the post something online when they are a kid or drunk and then it's saved forever, and you never know what some people will do with it as they can copy it and paste it on another website or forum and then it gets out to lots of people world wide and there is nothing you can do about it. Just be careful about what you say on the internet as it can come back to bite you when you're older and looking for a job. My motto is never post something online you wouldn't be happy in the news papers, it might seem stupid at the time but then you think about it an realize that it's in effect the same thing. As anyone who gets the news paper will be able to see it and cut it out and keep it and show their friends. So what I'm trying to say about the internet is just be careful and think about if you would want this online when you're older if you do then post it, if not then it's best to not post it and keep it to yourself.

I am going to make this as clear as I possibly can because this has gotten to a point where you are not only taking away from the other people's ban appeals by taking admin's focus off of the person who is trying to make an appeal and putting it on yourself.
1) You are not staff. Stop acting like it, stop getting involved in it if you are not directly related or have nothing FACTUAL to add to the conversation. Your opinion and emotional responces to do what you believe is helping is only, again, taking away from the integrety of the user who is attempting to make a ban appear.
2) Stop making irrelevant posts on ban appeal threads. Ban appeal threads are designed for the person banned to post their side of the case and talk with any of the users who were online at the time of the incident and the admins who need to focus their attention on this case. Not you. I understand that you want to be involved and get your post count up but ultimately stop it.
3) You have now made this thread about you because you have been told before to stop this and now I have to address the fact that you have caused multiple staff to bring their attention to you.
Now on to what I was saying originally that you quoted and made confusing. I made valid arguments AGAINST his and instead of adding anything intelligent to the conversation you went on an off topic poorly written rant about things that I stated just in more debt about the internet along with the standard parental ramblings and cautionary tales about the internet that are told to children.
Now after ALL of that I can finally address the topic at hand. See how off topic that got because of your presence…

#1 I again don’t mean to sound harsh but maybe it is for the best that I do. You are not staff. Your opinion on this matter has been noted and put aside. Your argument on the other hand has some major holes in it. Players are not online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Eventually his friends are to go offline at which point his attention drops and he raids again. People are not happy. Admins are not happy. In fact no one at that point is happy…
I am sorry to have to say this in such a way but staff is here for a reason and as to the point 50 is making. Staff are the ones meant to handle these situations we are chosen for a reason to uphold the rules of the server and of the site. I hope I have not offended you or scolded you too badly but there was no way to sugar coat it and get my message across.
