Steel Walls , Coal Block in the ceiling , iron things , many and many levers in the wall , cyber statues , holograms , dark wood block for the floor , with bookshelfs .

I pictured this:

Room: 

Mostly sleek Steel walls.

The whole room is shaped either like a squished sphere or a cylinder

There would be a kind of stripe along the walls, and every few spaces would be a cyberman logo

In each of the Cardinal locations of the room, there would be a circular glowing blue light, resembling the Chest core of this cyberman

In a few spots of the room, there will be a cluster of cables coming down from the celling and into the floor. Each cluter looks like a bunch of cords, but the number of "bunches" themselves are relatively few. perhaps 4-6 in the console room.

The room would be between a medium sized console room and a classic console room. 

Console:

a Circular console with a control panel going along its perimeter. The center of the console's top is flat, with this symbol.

The console is held up by 4 "table legs" and has a glowing blue cylinder on it's underside which moves up and down (this is the Time Rotor, but it's on the bottom of the console rather than the top.

Variant:

There would be a variant that would replace the Mondasian logos with Cybus Logos

A few custom blocks would probably have to be made though. Would you mind if I made a thread on my version Whovian4Ever98Alex?

good how you have tried to incorporate redstone into your builds, I tried to do that, infact it was a success. But i stripped that feature.  Anyway... COOL INTERIORS!
