I was curious. Does anyone know what the Gallifreyan Text on The Dalek Mod Title Screen means?

I recognize that it's done in the style of Loren Sherman's Gallifreyan but I never really got the chance to learn the writing system in full

 what's the writing look like plz post a pic of it and we can figure it out together

 It's the 4 circles on the corners of the screen (Although 3/4(I need to recheck) of it is always cut off)
