Now i've seen dalek mob spawners on skaro but i can't use a dalek spawner on a mob spawner in minecraft, is there a way of getting a mob spawner for daleks in Minecraft?

Hey, you can indeed not do that with Dalek Mod spawners. You'd have to google on how to make custom mob spawners in 1.12.2. You can cheat one in using commands in Minecraft.
