Description of the problem: Wasing using /setblock

What you were doing prior to the ban: Was using /setblock

Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned because I have learned my lesson, and I won't use it again. And to add, this was the first server I have ever played on, so I really don't understand what to or not to do, So please Unban me, I am Sorry.

So... Does that mean I'm allowed back on?

According to Kyron13 the one who banned you  were abusing /setblock I spoke with him that night and this topic actually came up. 
When you were approached there was something along the lines of .: Why are you using /setblock

and the response sounded something like: Because I can.

Obtaining blocks (especially important/hard to obtain blocks) with the use of creative mode (With out being a SWDbae) is strictly forbidden on The DM Public server. While there is no rule on the board against it it is implied through other rules as well as common sense should dictate right verses wrong .

-> If you don't have gamemode 1 available to you (which you do not as a default player) you are not allowed to receive free blocks from creative/spawning means.

Furthermore in the last topic you made it quite clear that you grew up with rich parents and more money than you know what to do with based on your " I have no common sense" defense rant so before we even continue this one single post further; how are we expected to believe that you, and I quote, "learned my lesson" While you yourself stated that you have no means or grasp on what is right or wrong. By what you said yourself in the previous thread I would be lead to believe (by you and you alone) that you are spoiled and have no intention or ability to change and instead just need to be removed as you will not change.

On another topic of discussion we have a very standard, very easy way of ban appeals here in the DMU. That is this formatted post. One single post. This does not mean make a post and if it takes more than 10 minutes to respond start commenting on profiles, other peoples ban appeals, other peoples OFF-TOPIC threads because that is in itself childish and frankly just plain rude and disrespectful to those who took the time to construct a thread with coherent thought with the attempt to have a discussion that will now only be brought off track because of your post.

Here is what I want you to do.

You will answer these questions in this order and put NOTHING ELSE in your post. You will make a single post in response to this, in this thread with correct grammar, spelling, punctuation and capitalization. 

-> First you will answer this. 

If you spent an entire thread speaking about how you have no morals, common sense etc. How are we to expect to know that you are changed and ready to come back to the server and never do this again?

Secondly I want you to give me two GOOD reasons on why we should un-ban you. This does not include " Because I am sorry." Or " Because I will never do it again". Good Reasons.

If those check out then I will speak with Kyron about your ban.

I don't live with rich parents or I would have SWDbae, Beta tester, and Etc.

 And why do you have to team up on me for not having common sense and a loads of money?

So A) You have no common sense 

B) You have a load of money...

Now With that being said you didn't answer my questions on the bottom. Answer them  and THAT IS IT. NOTHING ELSE.  LAST CHANCE.

1st- I am only the age of 11, 2nd- I do not live with rich parents, 3rd- I have morals, I am not a Robot, and I have a 3.6 GPA in School, so I pay attention and Listen to the Elderly, 4th I have only played on one server and It was this one, and it is my first time ever playing Minecraft, since I got it about 2 months ago, 5th I really like the server and I will NOT repeat my Mistakes, I promise you that, and to add, I don't live in a rich family, my Father's annual salary is 13,000 per year, so Don't call me Spoiled

You entirely ignored my formatting and clear request for answers then went off on a rant for sympathy. Sorry but that honestly doesn't work on  me. 
What does are facts, reason and logic. None of which are present here.

Unless you can provide some form of evidence  / Unless Kyron13 has a change of mind and removes your ban I will not be doing so.

My verdict is Ban Appeal Failed.

I have lived my whole entire life, learning as I do things, learning what is right or wrong, what I should say and shouldn't say, and then I come to the occasional impasse of "Oh we don't have enough money, you can't do this". I barely got this computer, do you know how long it takes to mow 80 LAWNS???? Then I have to come to the Bully, who beats me up for something Smart that I said, then I come home, to my now abusive parents, and all I want to do is escape into the Virtual world 

 This has gone on long enough can we get a lock on this thread please and thank you.
