I bought the “The Doctor” rank and I works fine but it has the joining and leaving message and I was wondering if I can do it in colour and how. 

To change the colour of your join/leave message, I recommend looking up colour codes and fonts for Minecraft. An example for a bold red colour would be &4&l

&4 being red and &l being bold.

I usually just search up Minecraft colour codes and fonts and look at images to be fast.
