I know that I am not supposed to post here but I need to say this. In your ban appeal do not say "I am sorry" multiple times. The only reason you are sorry is because you got caught. Provide a more concrete reason for them to unban you. Write something that shows you have learned your lesson. Believe me, I've been down this road before.
